Hotel Chocolat
Hotel Chocolat is a luxury British-owned chocolatier and cocoa grower with 32 stores nationwide and a highly successful ecommerce website. Using quality, authentic ingredients is an ethos that has been fundamental at Hotel Chocolat since the beginning, and the ‘no nasties’ approach bans the use of additives such as hydrogenated vegetable fat and artificial colours in order to let the pure chocolate flavours through. This position is strengthened by their own historic West Indian cocoa plantation, Rabot Estate, where fine flavour Hotel Chocolat cocoa is cultivated.
