Artisan du Chocolat’s sea salted caramels voted No1 foodie favourite by OFM

Observer Food Monthly’s food editor Caroline Boucher is leaving the magazine since being there from it’s launch and as part of the 100th issue, her final issue, she’s listed her top 50 foodie favourites. No 1 is, of course, chocolate and she’s picked Artisan du Chocolat’s sea salted caramels as her most favourite food ever. The sea salted caramel was first created in France and Artisan du Chocolat brought the idea to the UK, sparking a trend that has resulted in every other chocolatier creating their own version. It’s a wonderful combination of flavours with the sea salt balancing out the sweetness of the caramel. Congratulations to Artisan, well deserved we say.
