Cooking with Chocolate book launch

A plethora of chocolate books are being launched this year, we’re very much looking forward to William Curley’s Couture Chocolate and this encyclopedia of chocolate is also going to be a must have. ‘Cooking with Chocolate’ has been created by eight pastry chefs at the Ecole du Grand Chocolat - Valrhona’s chocolate schools in France and Tokyo with contributions from lots of experts and top pastry chefs including a forward by Pierre Herme. Eight great names from the world of French Gastronomy open each paragraph with a recipe and the book also includes hints and techniques from professional chefs, user friendly recipes, the origins of chocolate and a glossary.
We’re looking forward to the launch party next month and the book will be out just in time for Chocolate Week.
