Preview of ‘Chocolate Unwrapped’ book by Sarah Jane Evans

We’re very excited to have received a copy of ‘Chocolate Unwrapped’, a book by Sarah Jane Evans launching during Chocolate Week. ‘Taste and enjoy the World’s finest chocolate’ is the strapline.

‘Seriously chic bars are taking over the High Street’ says Sarah who profiles more than 80 of the world’s leading fine chocolate producers and gives tasting notes on a huge range of bars. Sarah also guides the reader on how to taste like an expert, the story of chocolate and its journey from tree to chocolate shop.

Sarah told us that she hopes the book gets everyone to go out and sample for themselves and be experimental, a sentiment that fits right in with Chocolate Week.
