William Curley’s book launches for Chocolate Week

We can look forward to a number of chocolate books launching in the Autumn of this year but one of the most anticipated has got to be William’s Couture Chocolate - A Masterclass in Chocolate. William has won the Academy of Chocolates best chocolatier award 3 times and the joint award again this year. He’s worked incredibly hard on this book and it looks gorgeous. It starts by examining the origins of chocolate and then moves onto the masterclass where William shares his techniques such as tempering, making a bar of chocolate and introducing flavours and different textures. Then come the recipe chapters with his most mouthwatering creations including truffles and filled chocolate, patisserie, bars, cakes, biscuits, ices, drinks, sauces and spreads.
